What we collect and why

Form data. The details you type into the generator are used solely to build your documents. For free previews the data is processed transiently and is not stored on the server. For paid orders the entered data is stored (encrypted disk, access-restricted) so that your download links keep working after payment.

Payment data. Card payments are handled entirely by monobank; we receive only the payment status and reference, never card numbers.

Technical logs. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) are kept up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Advertising. If ad units (e.g. Google AdSense) are displayed, the ad provider may use cookies subject to its own policy; we do not pass your form data to advertisers.

Sensitive information

Do not enter more personal data than the documents require. Optional fields (such as date of birth) exist only because the receiving institutions match records by them; leave them blank if you prefer and add them by hand after downloading.

Retention and deletion

Paid order data is retained while your download access lasts. Email homasglobal443@gmail.com to have your order data deleted at any time (this disables the download links). We will comply within 30 days.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact: homasglobal443@gmail.com.
